When you contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, property location, property link, photographs and details about the service you need. Please do not send passwords, banking credentials or other information that is not necessary for your enquiry.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, understand the requested service, prepare a proposed scope, coordinate agreed work and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell your personal information.
WhatsApp, phone and email
The website enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. Nothing is sent until you review the message and press Send in WhatsApp. Information sent through WhatsApp or email is also processed by the relevant service provider under its own privacy terms.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and access time to deliver and protect the website. We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising on this website.
Sharing and retention
We only share information when necessary to provide an agreed service, work with an approved contractor or professional, operate the website, comply with law or protect legitimate rights. We keep enquiry and project information only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
